SAUSAGE AND WHITE BEAN STEW
Have you noticed how amazing the texture of a slow-cooked sausage is? Well, you're about to find out. I think the subtle combination of honey and thyme make brilliant friends on the plate to give this traditional dish a new, family-friendly twist. This is a slow cooker meal, so get it sorted at breakfast and you'll be laughing when you come home to luscious goodness at tea time.

Ingredients
- 100g frozen onions
- 50g frozen garlic
- 1.6kg sausages (4 packs)
- 2 x 400g tins of cannellini beans
- 2 x 400g tins of butter beans
- ---
- 30g fresh thyme
- green veg
- 4 tbsp runny honey
Instructions
- Preheat slow cooker
- Throw all ingredients above the dotted line plus the leaves from half the thyme into slow cooker
- Slow cook for 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low
- Prepare green veg before serving half accompanied by honey and garnished with remaining thyme leaves
- Cool, bag, label and freeze the second half for next week
