- 30g fresh coriander
- 100g greek natural yoghurt
- mini popadoms

- 1 baking potato
- 2 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- 50g feta
- 50g Greek yogurt
- 1 roasted red peppers from a jar (about 25g), finely chopped
- ½ tsp sumac
- few basil leaves, to serve (optional)

- 400g spaghetti
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 120g smoked streaky bacon, sliced into matchsticks
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 2 tsp sweet smoked paprika
- 2 x 400g cans chopped tomatoes
- grated parmesan to serve (optional)

- 500g vegetables such as carrots, baby corn, broccoli, courgettes, red peppers and cabbage or pak choi
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil

- 200g cooked prawns, salmon (flaked) or chicken breast (shredded)
